Hyderabad Police Nabbed 2 Offenders and Recovered Cell Phone Worth Rs.14,00,000/-

 On 10-08-2020, the Sleuths of Commissioner’s Task force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad apprehended 02- offenders namely Fayazullah Khan @ Khanda Fayaz and Syed Mahboob Ali @ Khusuru and detected 01-HB By Night case occurred in Touch Mobiles in the limits of PS Uppal and 03-Attention Diversion cases in the limits of PS Charminar, PS Nampally and PS Santosh Nagar and Recovered 57 New branded Smart phones, One TVS Excel moped B.No.TS12EL8912 and 03-Cell Phones from their possession.

NAME & DETAILS OF ACCUSED:-

1  Fayaz Ullah Khan @ Khanda Fayaz, age 38 yrs, Occ: Petty Business, R/o Mahmood Nagar, Kishanbagh, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad.

2  Syed Mahboob Ali @ Khusru , age 42 yrs, Occ: Cook, R/o Near Mehraj School, Moin Bagh,  Edi Bazar, Hyderabad.

Recovered Property - 

1) 57 New Smart phones of various brands W/Rs.14,00,000/- (pertaining to Touch Mobiles shop HB Case of PS Uppal)

2) 03-cell phones (Pertaining to Attention Diversion cases)

3) TVS Excel moped B.No.TS12EL8912

PREVIOUS HISTORY OF ACCUSED: -

Accused Fayazullah Khan @ Khanda Fayaz is a native of Hyderabad city and he is a Habitual property offender, from the year 2014 to till now he committed 10 HB by Night offences in the limits of Tri Commissionerates i.e., Hyderabad, Rachakonda & Cyberabad and in the limits of PS Nalgonda I Town. Earlier he was detained under PD Act by PS Chaderghat.

Accused Syed Mahboob Ali @ Khusuru is also a native of Hyderabad city and he is an habitual property offender, from the year 2000 he committed 14 offences i.e., HB by night, Attention Diversion and Cell Phone thefts in various police station limits of Hyderabad city, Cyberabad and Nalgonda Dist.

 

PRESENTLY INVOLVED CASES:-

1. Cr.No.625/2020, u/s 457, 380 IPC of PS Uppal, Rachakonda.

2. Cr.No.223/2020, u/s 420, 379 IPC of PS Charminar.

3. Cr.No.198/2020, u/s 420, 379 IPC of PS Santosh Nagar.

4. Cr.No.140/2020, u/s 420, 379 IPC of PS Nampally.

MODUS OPERANDI:-

Accused Fayazullah Khan and Syed Mahboob Ali both are associates and earlier they committed HB by Night offences. After releasing from jail in the year 2020 accused Fayazullah Khan started selling Masks at Bowenpally and accused Syed Mahboob Ali is working as a cook, as their meager earnings are not sufficient accused Fayazullah Khan and Syed Mahboob Ali they both came into acquaintance and again hatched a plan to commit offences to earn easy money. In this process they committed 03-Attention Diversion cases in the limits of PS Charminar, PS Nampally and PS Santosh Nagar by targeting auto drivers and stolen their cell phones by diverting their attention. They also committed 01-HB by Night offence in Touch Mobiles shop in the limits of PS Uppal, Rachakonda Commissionerate by making a hole in the wall and entered into the shop and committed theft of 57 brand new Smart Phones of Various brands viz., Samsung, Oppo and VIVO.

Acting on the tip off the Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad city, apprehended both accused Fayazullah Khan and Syed Mahboob Ali and recovered 57 New Smart phones of various brands W/ Rs.14,00,000/-, One TVS Excel moped B.No.TS12EL8912 and 03-cell phones from their possession.

 The above accused along with recovered property was handed over to SHO Charminar PS for taking further action against them.

The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri G.Chakravarthy, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Sri K.Srinivas, Inspector of Police, East Zone Task Force Team, Sri G.Naresh, Detective Inspector of police, PS Charminar, and SI’s Sri G.Srinivas Reddy, C.Venkatesh, Govindu Swamy and the staff of East Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad city.
