1 Crore 29 Lakh Rs Sensational Robbery in Tolichowki Hyderabad Gang Arrested by Hyderabad City Police

GOLCONDA POLICE NABBED (5) BURGLARS AND RECOVERED CASH RS 1,29,46,000/-

(Crime No.192/2020 U/s 457, 380 IPC of Golconda PS, Hyderabad)

 On 27-07-2020 a case of Burglary was registered at Golconda PS on the complaint of Sri Asaduddin Ahmed (54), occ: Real Estate Business R/o Balreddy nagar, Tolichowki, Hyderabad. He reported that, between 21st July, 2020 at 1600 hours and  23rd July, 2020 at 1130 hours Net Cash approximately Rs 2,50,00,000/- was stolen from his house in their absence.

ACCUSED ARREST DETAILS:

 The Accused committed the offence in the intervening night of 22/23 July at 2:30 AM by breaking open the cupboards. On 09-08-2020 A-1 to A-5 were arrested and they are being produced before Honourable Court for their judicial custody.

 Mohd Afsar S/o Mohd Sarwar, aged: 24 years, Occ: Driver, R/o Akberpura, MD lines, Tolichowki, Hyderabad.

 Mirza Ashwaq Baig S/o Mirza Shareef Baig, aged: 22 years, Occ: Working in the farm house of the complainant, R near Military quarters, Akberpura, MD lines, Tolichowki, Hyderabad.

 Rehman Baig S/o Maqbool Baig, aged: 23 years, Occ: Zomato Worker, R/o near Military quarters, MD lines, Tolichowki, Hyderabad.

 Mohd Ameer S/o Mohd Amjad, aged: 20 years, Occ: Plumbing, R/o near Military quarters, Akberpura, MD lines, Tolichowki, Hyderabad.

 Syed Imran S/o Syed Mubarak, aged: 23 years, Occ: Electrician, R/o near Military quarters, Akberpura, MD lines, Tolichowki, Hyderabad.

 As per A1 to A-5 in between 22/23 July 2020 at 0230 hrs committed theft by broke open the cupboards

BREIF FACTS -

 Complainant is a realtor and is having a farm house at Shameerpet.  A-1 Mohd Afsar is his car driver and A-2 Mirza Ashwaq Baig is his farm house gardener and both were working at his farm house at Shameerpet. In the month of July, 2020 the complainant removed both of them from their jobs. 

 

 A-1 Mohd Afsar being the driver knows about business dealings and transactions of complainant. He hatched a plan to commit theft in the house of complainant. He explained his plan to A-2 Mirza Ashwaq Baig and they teamed up with three more persons A-3 Rehman Baig, A-4 Mohd Ameer, A-5 Syed Imran and they all waiting for a chance. All of them are childhood friends and reside at MD Lines, Golconda. On 21st July, 2020 complainant fumigated his house and went to his farm house at Shamirpet with his wife, children and driver Nadeem and stayed there upto 23rd July, 2020 morning hours

 On return from the farm house they noticed that this offence was committed. 

MODUS OPERANDI:- 

 Three persons A1, A2 & A4 entered into the house at 2:30 AM on 22/23 intervening night while A3 & A5 were waiting outside as watch. They broke open the wooden Almirah and collected the cash in 2 Rice Bags and kept the cash bags in A3 residence at MD Lines. 

 Later they purchased two bags at Mehdipatnam and stored the cash in them locked and kept them again at A3 residence and later some amount was distributed amongst them

 Based on evidence collected by Golconda Crime team the amount which was kept in two bags was recovered from the residence of A3 and the balance amount from the remaining 4 Accused.     

 The case was detected by Sri P.Rajesh, Additional Inspector of Police, Sri K.Chandrasheker Reddy, SHO, Sri T.Raju, Sub-Inspector of Police along with Crime Staff under the close supervision of Sri R.G.Siva Maruthi, ACP and overall monitoring of A.R.Srinivas, IPS., Joint Commissioner of Police, FAC DCP, West Zone, Hyderabad.
