The prices in the retail market on Sunday were between Rs 56 to Rs 59 per kg.
Retail store owners in the city said that the drop in prices have improved their sales as more people are buying them in bulk.

Onion Prices which had the consumers teary-eyed in the last couple of weeks as it shot up to around Rs 70 per kg in the retail market, have started becoming slightly affordable this week.
