HYDERABAD WEST ZONE POLICE APPREHENSION OF FIVE PERSONS WHO WERE IN POSSESSION OF NARCOTIC DRUG – SEIZED (100) KGS OF GANJA FROM THEIR POSSESSION

HYDERABAD WEST ZONE POLICE APPREHENSION OF FIVE PERSONS WHO WERE IN POSSESSION OF NARCOTIC DRUG – SEIZED (100) KGS OF GANJA FROM THEIR POSSESSION  

On 17-08-2020, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team, Hyderabad, apprehended (4) accused persons at Tallagadda Bus stop, Tappachabutra, Hyderabad which is in the limits of Tappachabutra PS and (1) accused at premises No.13-1-514, Near Hazari Hotel, Mangalhat, Hyderabad which is in the limits of Mangalhat PS, who were indulged in possession of “Ganja” a Narcotic substance and trying to sell the same to the needy customers. Seized (100) KGs of Ganja, (1) Swift Dzire Car bearing No.TS05EZ 5405 (Silver colour) and (7) Cell phones from their possession.

Details of the Accused:-

1) H.Ashish Singh @ Ashish Kumar @ Ashish @ Nimbu S/o H.Ashok Kumar, aged 42 yrs, Occ: Tiffin centre business, R/o H.No.14-10-288, Takkerwadi, Mangalhat, Hyderabad. (Rowdy sheeter of Mangalhat PS), 

2) Sumith Makadia S/o Late M.Narsing Prasad, aged 35 yrs, Occ: Auto driver, R/o H.No.14-9-823, Jummerath Bazar, Lower Dhoolpet, Hyderabad, 

3) Ramavath Motilal S/o Pool Singh, aged 30 yrs, Occ: Agriculture, R/o Manavath Thanda, Polepally(V), Chandanpeta (M), Devarakonda, Nalgonda District, 

4) Ramavath Vijay S/o Ramavath Takru, aged 29 yrs, Occ: Car driver, R/o Manavath Thanda, Polepally(V), Chandampet(M), Nalgonda District, 

5) Raj Kumar Singh @ Kalu Singh @ Kalu S/o Mohan Singh, aged 35 yrs, Occ: Ganesh Idol Maker, R/o H.No.13-1-514, Near Hazari Hotel, Mangalhat, Hyderabad, (Rowdy sheeter of Mangalhat PS).

Modus operandi:-

 

Previously the accused H.Ashish Singh @ Ashish Kumar @ Nimbu is habituated to transport ID liquor in Hyderabad and so many cases registered against him. In the year 2008 rowdy sheet was opened against him at Mangalhat Police in an Attempt to Murder case and being maintained in Mangalhat PS. At present he is eking his livelihood by running a tiffin center at Mythrivanam, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. But his earnings are not sufficient to meet his family and lavish expenses. At the same time he observed that most of the locality people are selling Ganja on higher rates by purchasing on lowest price and earning easy money. As such he hatched a plan to purchase Ganja on lowest price and sell the same to higher rates to earn easy money. He informed the same to accused Sumith Makadia who is his friend. As such they both decided to purchase Ganja on lowest price and sell the same to the needy customers on higher rates to earn easy money.

 At the same time the accused Sumith Makadia informed the accused H.Ashish Singh @ Ashish Kumar @ Nimbu that, he is having one friend by name Ramavath Motilal and he is having contacts with the Ganja suppliers in A.P. As such both the accused persons decided to purchase Ganja from Ramavath Motilal. Later the accused Sumith Makadia contacted the accused Ramavath Motilal and asked to sell huge quantity of Ganja to them for the purpose of selling the same in Hyderabad on higher rates.  

 The accused Ramavath Motilal called the accused Ananda Rao, R/o Darakonda, Kammarithota, Vishakapatnam, A.P., who is his friend and asked to arrange huge quantity of Ganja so as to supply the same in Hyderabad. For which Ananda Rao agreed with him and asked to come to Darakonda, Kammarithota, Vishakapatnam, A.P., for purchasing Ganja from him. 

On 16-08-2020 the accused persons Ramavath Motilal and Ramavath Vijay went to Darakonda, Kammarithota, Vishakapatnam, A.P. in Car bearing No.TS05 EZ 5405 (Swift Dzire, Silver Colour) and purchased about (110) KGs Ganja from Ananda Rao by giving Rs.70,000/- to him and returned to Hyderabad by carrying the Ganja in Car. While they were returning to Hyderabad, the accused Ramavath Motilal contacted the accused Sumith Makadia and informed the same. As per the instructions of Sumith Makadia they both came to Tallagadda Bus stop, Tappachabutra, Hyderabad. 

At the same time the accused persons Sumith Makadia along with H.Ashish Singh @ Ashish Kumar @ Nimbu came to Tallagadda Bus stop, Tappachabutra, Hyderabad. After reaching there the accused H.Ashish Singh @ Ashish Kumar @ Nimbu called the accused Ganesh Sishoda and his friend Raj Kumar Singh @ Kalu Singh @ Kalu. As per the instructions of Ashish Kumar @ Nimbu the accused Ganesh Sishoda and Raj Kumar Singh @ Kalu Singh @ Kalu came there and the accused Ashish Kumar @ Nimbu sold (24) KGs Ganja to Raj Kumar Singh @ Kalu Singh and also handed over (10) KGs Ganja to accused Ganesh Sishoda and informed to keep it in possession. After collecting the Ganja Ganesh Sishoda and Raj Kumar Singh @ Kalu Singh left from there.
