NABBED DACOITY GANG – 05 HELD, RECOVERED NET CASH Rs.2,60,000/- AND SEIZED 02-KNIFES.

 On 08-07-2020, the Commissioner’s Task force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad along with Afzalgunj police apprehended one Dacoity gang consisting of 05-persons namely 1) Syed Farooq Pasha, 2) Syed Fayaz Imran @ Fayaz @ Fajju, 3) Amer Khan, 4) Mohd. Waseem and 5) Syed Abdul Khader Hussain @ Faisal and recovered Net cash Rs.2,60,000/-, 02-Bikes, 02-Knifes, one Screw Driver and 06-Cell Phones from their possession.

1. Syed Farooq Pasha, age 26 yrs, R/o Aman nagar-B, Talabkatta, Hyderabad.

2. Syed Fayaz Imran @ Fajju, age 25 yrs, R/o Purani Haveli, Hyderabad.

3. Amer Khan, age 24 yrs, R/o Shahalibanda, Hyderabad.

4. Mohd. Waseem, age 25 yrs, R/o Kalapather, Hyderabad.

5. Syed Abdul Khader Hussain @ Faisal, age 21 yrs, R/o Moghalpura, Hyderabad.

6. Sameer, R/o Nampally, Hyderabad (Absconding) 1. Net cash Rs.2,60,000/-

MODUS OPERANDI:-

 The accused Syed Farooq Pasha is the kingpin of this gang and presently working in Pharmacy shop at Koti. He is married and blessed with 02-children. As his meager earnings are not sufficient to maintain his family expenditure he decided to earn easy money by committing offences. In this process, he observed one person opposite to his pharmacy that he is daily carrying the cash bag by locking his shop while going home. So, he hatched a plan to rob the said cash bag forming a gang. On which he informed about his plan to his friend Syed Fayaz Imran @ Fajju and requested him to join 04 more persons and promised to pay share on which he agreed.

 Subsequently, accused Fayaz gathered four persons namely 1) Amer Khan, 2) Mohd Waseem, 3) Abdul Khader Hussain @ Faisal and 4) Syed Sameer and informed them about his plan and promised them to pay good amount. On which they all agreed and as per the instructions of accused Syed Farooq, accused Fayaz along with his gang started following the victim and conducted reccee for 10 days. 

On 04-07-2020 at about 1900 hrs Fayaz along with his 04 other gang members reached Opposite Amruth Bar, Putlibowli and sent Faisal to watch and inform about victim’s movements nearby his shop, further he told to accused Amer Khan and Sameer to wait on 02-different bikes by informing their roles. At about 09.05 P.M. accused Faisal informed the other accused that the victim left from his shop and then the accused Fayaz and Waseem obstructed the victim near u-turn, Putlibowli and attacked with screw driver and caused stabbing injuries to the victim and robbed one bag containing cash Rs.3,30,000/- and sped away from the spot. Later the victim was shifted to hospital for treatment. 

Acting on the tip off today i.e., 08-07-2020 Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, Hyderabad city along with Afzalgunj Police apprehended 05-accused namely 1) Syed Farooq Pasha, 2) Syed Fayaz Imran @ Fajju, 3) Amer Khan, 4) Mohd Waseem and 5) Syed Abdul Khader Hussain @ Faisal and recovered net cash Rs.2,60,000/- and seized 02-bikes, 02-knifes, one Screw driver used for commission of offence and 06-cell phones from their possession. The above accused along with recovered & seized property was handed over to SHO Afzalgunj PS for taking further necessary action against them. In this case one accused by name Syed Sameer is absconding and efforts are being made to apprehend him.

The above arrest was made under the supervision of Sri G.Chakravarthy, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Sri K.Srinivas, Inspector of Police, East Zone Task Force Team, Sri.M.Ravinder Reddy, Inspr of Afzalgunj PS , Sri K.Praveen Kumar, Detective Inspector of Police, PS Afzalgunj, SI’s Sri C.Venkatesh, G.Srinivas Reddy, Govindu Swamy and the staff of East Zone Task Force Team, Hyderabad city.
