2 Persons Held Fake Doctors from Sameer Hospital Mehdipatnam Hyderabad

On 18-07-2020, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone Team on credible information apprehended (2) accused persons by name 1) Mohd.Shoaib Subhani and 2) Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb who were running a hospital i.e. “Sameer Hospital”, located at #12-2-834/1/2, Opp: Andhra Bank, Asif Nagar Road, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad without having any valid qualification, posing as Doctors and cheating innocent people by putting their lives in danger to gain easy money. Seized (1) Registration of Certificate issued by D.M. & H.O. on the name of Sameer Hospital and (1) Xerox copy of Aadhar card on the name of Dr.Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb from their possession

Particulars of accused:- 

1) Mohd.Shoaib Subhani S/o Late Mohd.Yousuf, aged 35 yrs, Occ: Chairman of Sameer Hospital, Asif Nagar Road, Mehdipatnam, R/o H.No.12-2-834/1/2, Opp: Andhra Bank, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad.

2) Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb S/o Mohd.Khasim, aged 42 yrs, Occ: Managing Director of Sameer Hospital, Asif Nagar Road, Mehdipatnam, R/o H.No.10-3-16/12/1, Beside Andhra Bank, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad.

Brief history of accused persons:-

The accused Mohd.Shaoib Subhani is native of Hyderabad. He completed Intermediate and discontinued from B.Com II year in the year 2006. In the year 2011 he started a school on the name of “Global Techno School”, at Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. In the year 2017 he started business on the name of “Sameer Hospital”, at premises No.12-2-834/1/2, Opp: Andhra Bank, Asif Nagar Road, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. 

The accused Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb is native of Hyderabad. He studied upto SSC. After completion of studies he started working as Director of M.M. Hospital, Humayun Nagar, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. From the year 2017 he started working as Managing Director to Sameer Hospital, located at #12-2-834/1/2, Opp: Andhra Bank, Asif Nagar Road, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. Both the accused persons are friends from so many years. 

Modus operandi:-

The accused Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb was previously worked as Managing Director of M.M.Hospital, Humayun Nagar, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. He informed the accused Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb that there are huge profits by running hospital. As such the accused Mohd.Shaoib Subhani hatched a plan to run the hospital. The accused Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb was procured one Aadhar card as Dr.Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb.

In the year 2017 by submitting the Aadhar card on the name of Dr.Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb the accused Mohd.Sobaib Subhani applied and obtained the Registration of Certificate on the name of “Sameer hospital”, at #12-2-834/1/2, Opp: Andhra Bank, Asif Nagar Road, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad from DM & HO vide Regd.No.07F-APMCE-1095, date of issue: 18-10-2017 and valid upto 17-10-2022 and started hospital business on the name of Sameer hospital. 

The accused Mohd.Shoaib Subhani is well known that his friend Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb is not a doctor and by knowing the same he obtained registration of certificate on his name and running the said hospital illegally. Both the accused persons are running the said hospital without having any qualification, posing as Doctors and cheating innocent people by putting their lives in danger, giving treatment to the patients and earning money illegally.

On 18-07-2020, on credible information the West Zone Task Force team apprehended the accused persons Mohd.Shoaib Subhani and Mohd.Abdul Mujeeb at Sameer Hospital, at #12-2-834/1/2, Opp: Andhra Bank, Asif Nagar Road, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad and seized the above said material from their possession. .   

The accused persons along with seized material were handed over to SHO, Asif Nagar PS for taking further action.

      The arrests were made under the supervision of Sri P.Radha Kishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, by Sri B.Gattu Mallu, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone team along with SIs Sri P.Mallikarjun, Sri Md.Mujaffar Ali, Sri N.Ranjith Kumar and the staff of West Zone team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad City.
